These are your tasks and responsibilities.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and sub-projects, using your organizational skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure efficient planning, execution, and completion. You will collaborate closely with fellow project managers, Engineers, Sales and procurement ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high standard of quality. The role operates nationally from our office in Rotterdam.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all procedures are correctly followed before project initiation.
- Deliver projects as per contracts, within budget, and adhering to ethics, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain relationships throughout the project and report escalations.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates.
- Allocate resources and select teams based on required competencies.
- Define material requirements and prepare orders for procurement.
- Conduct evaluations and share insights to improve future projects.
- Handle aftersales activities during the project warranty period.
Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar job.
- Professional level of knowledge and skills, comparable to an undergraduate degree.
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills (verbally and written).
- Excellent computer skills.
- Affinity for technology and automation.
