The team!

You will join a diverse team with fellow Sales Engineers and Business Development Managers who focus on selling project deliveries. Every day, they deal with complex issues from the yachting, dredging, deep-sea, fishery, inland, offshore and naval markets. Together, you are the point of contact for the full, proper service of our customers. In doing so, you cooperate intensively with colleagues from the warehouse, service and projects.

These are your tasks and responsibilities.

As Junior Project Sales Engineer, you’ll join our dynamic team of Business Development Managers and Sales Engineers, driving customer success in shipbuilding with our materials and services. You’ll support the Business Development Manager while also benefiting from their knowledge to enhance your technical and sales expertise. The purpose of the job is to achieve business growth by putting together project quotations in line with customer requirements and our commercial goals. You prepare trade and project quotations based on configurations and the Radio Holland portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Process requests from customers according to provided guidelines into quotations and calculations.
  • Process orders from customers and prepare hand-over documentation to our project execution department.
  • Assess and process offers from suppliers into technical advice to our customers.
  • Follow up on sales leads and quotations with our customers.

Requirements

This characterizes you:

  • Background, experience, or interest in electrical equipment (sales).
  • Excellent use with computers.
  • You are curious, communicatively strong and have a great sense of responsibility.

This is what we ask of you:

  • At least a vocational degree or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good command of the Dutch language, or willing to learn Dutch.
