These are your tasks and responsibilities.
You will work closely with the legal and compliance team to develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and initiatives. In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company’s compliance with export control laws and regulations, particularly in screening of customers and business partners.
The scope of your work is international, and you will be located in Rotterdam (the Netherlands).
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the other members of our Compliance Team to ensure overall regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and enhance screening processes to prevent transactions with sanctioned parties or embargoed countries.
- Collaborate with commercial teams, staying updated on export control laws, and providing essential guidance and training for compliance.
- Manage export license application processes and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Support product classification for export compliance, working closely with category managers.
- Take on assigned compliance-related projects and contribute to our team’s successes.
Requirements

This is what we ask of you:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, or a related field.
- Affinity with (export) compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
